When will my order ship?
All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Our fulfilment team works around the clock to make sure your package gets to you as fast as possible.
How much is shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping in all orders.
What are your shipping speeds?
Rest of the world: 2-6 days.
Will your necklaces turn my neck green?
Never, many companies will plate their jewellery with a coating of 0.1 microns or less, stay away from cheap plating like that because it will look fake and fade fast. What turns skins green is a combination of cheap copper under a cheap layer of 'fake' gold. All our pieces are made from solid stainless steel and quadruple plated in 18KT real gold.
Can you make me a custom design?
All our pieces are custom made by us, we do currently offer custom orders. Please use our contact us page to get a quote.
Is your company looking for influencers?
We're always looking for influencers to promote our pieces. Are you a good fit? contact us via our contact us page. Be sure to include your social media information and pictures for us to review.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
All our pieces come with a lifetime warranty which covers that upon receiving your order it will be free of defects. The warranty lasts for the duration of the original purchaser's lifetime, beginning on the date ordered. The warranty will immediately void if the product is bought from a third party or retailer that we did not authorise. Please note that this warranty only covers against damage that is inflected by normal wear/use. If your product is stolen or lost as well as damaged caused by carelessness it is no longer covered by the warranty. If your chain or clasp breaks, we will repair or replace the item as soon as the original item is shipped to us. We are not responsible for the cost of any postage to return the product however we will cover the shipping costs needed to ship the replacement. In the event that a damaged item is out of stock or no longer on our website we will offer a store credit or item of equal value.

Do you accept returns?
At CHAYNE, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Please note that all sales of handmade items and limited edition drops are final, meaning they cannot be returned for any reason other than defects upon arrival.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@shopchayne.com with your order number in the subject line. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original packaging and in unused condition.Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 7 business days. Please be aware that a processing/handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Can I exchange my order?
Copped the wrong size or something not exactly your style? no worries, we got you. You can exchange it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please note that this policy applies to all items except clothing, which cannot be exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your piece(s) must be in new and unworn condition, so we can restock it on our site. We'll need you to provide a picture of the item to confirm its new condition before we can start the exchange process. Pro-tip: Include a picture in your initial email to speed up the exchange process.
It's important to keep in mind that you'll be responsible for the costs of tracked postage and proper packaging with your exchange. To ensure that the item arrives in good condition, we recommend using a bubble mailer. If we receive a damaged item, we won't be able to honor the exchange.
If you're exchanging a limited release item or limited stock item, we recommend reaching out to us as soon as possible to avoid missing out on the item you want. If stock is low or sold out we won't be able to honour the exchange.
