Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Deliveries inside of the EU take 1-5 days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
My tracking doesn't work
Once we print your shipping label the tracking information is created and emailed to you.
However it doesn't update till the shipping carrier scans it in at their warehouse, which can take 1-2 days
Rest assured there is nothing wrong with your order and tracking will automatically update.
When will my order ship?
All orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Our fulfilment team works around the clock to make sure your package gets to you as fast as possible.
Keep in mind that some of our exclusive drops have different fulfilment times, if you're not sure when your item will ship please contact us.
Can I exchange my order?

Can I cancel / return my order?
At CHAYNE, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer store credit on returns for the value of your order minus shipping fees or exchange for a different size of the same item.
Please note that all sales of handmade items and limited edition drops are final, meaning they cannot be returned for any reason other than defects upon arrival.
